We were unexpectedly selling a home in a less than ideal time of year due to a sudden job change. Everything had to move quickly and I was overwhelmed with the amount of realtors that claim to know Barrhaven best. I was reluctant seeing only 5 star reviews for the Moussa group, it felt like it was too good to be true. Working with Nim proved me wrong and after only the first hour of interacting with him, I understood why he is so highly rated. He is soooo calm and kind, I forgot people like that exist, honestly. His calmness and confidence in how to list our home made the experience what it was. His confidence was what sold us to work with him, it was a feeling of immediate trust and knowing he was looking out for us. What we especially needed (in retrospect when everything was done and signed), was calmness amidst our chaos. If you're looking for a sign to go ahead with the Moussa Team, let this review be it.We had the house listed within a week of the initial meet and greet. Nim brought in his team to get the house sorted out and staged, photographed, videoed, carpet cleaned, descriptions put together, etc.. Everything we had to do came in a neat package from Janice so it was easy to follow along and make sure we did our part. He worked the showing appointments around our baby's nap schedule, and everything was text automated too when it came to accepting showings. The house sold within a day of going live (with multiple offers) and I truly think it was due to Nims knowledge of the market when it came to pricing and marketing. The Sold sign was up longer than the For Sale sign, how nice is that!Nims service didn't stop there either. We still had to bother him and Janice when mortgage shopping for the new home, so they were constantly answering the same questions over and over to different mortgage lenders, providing the same paperwork, etc.. We felt awful but the interest rates have been crazy so we had to shop around. It's been 3 months since our house closed, and we're still in touch with Nim just to say hi. That is the kind of person he is and who you'd be working with.I have nothing to gain from writing this review except expressing my most sincere gratitude to Nim for making things so easy for us, and for being a genuine and kind human being. Nim isn't just a realtor, he's your neighbour too.Thank you Nim!
